Return Policy

At Chiquitita, every bouquet is made by hand, to order, using fresh seasonal blooms. Because of the perishable and personal nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We know flowers are emotional, and we want every Chiquitita to land beautifully. So while refunds aren't part of our policy, we promise to always listen, and to do what we reasonably can to make things right.

Quality Guarantee

If your flowers arrive in visibly poor condition, please reach out within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the arrangement.

We'll review each case personally and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement bouquet or store credit toward a future order. This is offered as a gesture of goodwill, not as an entitlement.

We're unable to consider concerns raised after 24 hours, or once flowers have been moved, unwrapped without care, or kept in conditions that affect their freshness (direct sunlight, heat, drafts, or near fruit).
