Shipping, Delivery & Order Policy
Where We Deliver
We deliver across Metro Manila and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside our standard zones, please reach out to us via Viber and we'll let you know what's possible.
How Delivery Works
Your Chiquitita is delivered through Grab or Lalamove, and you're welcome to let us know your preferred mode of delivery before we book your rider. Options include:
- Motorcycle — the most affordable option, suited for smaller arrangements
- Car or sedan — gentler on delicate arrangements, and recommended for larger bouquets, vase arrangements, or extra-special occasions
Delivery fees vary depending on the mode and the distance. Just send us a message on Viber when placing your order, and we'll arrange the option that suits you best.
On Motorcycle Delivery
If you choose motorcycle delivery, please note a few unavoidable realities of travel by bike in Metro Manila:
- Minor petal bruising, slight shifting of blooms, or small imperfections from heat, sun, or movement
- Variations in temperature and humidity that may affect delicate flowers
Pickup Locations
Your Chiquitita can be sent out from one of two locations:
Manila Studio
- Available throughout the day, based on our delivery schedule.
- You're also warmly welcome to collect your order yourself at: 📍 1004 A. Mabini Street, Malate, Manila
- Pick-up times are arranged at the time of order.
Alabang
- Available for evening pickups only. If your delivery is going to or near Alabang, this option may help reduce your delivery fee.
Lead Times
- Same-day orders require a lead time of 2–4 hours, depending on the arrangement.
- Orders placed after 6 PM for next-morning delivery will begin production at 10 AM, with a lead time of 1–3 hours.
- Same-day deliveries are not available on Sundays and Mondays.
- We do not accept rush orders, as we never want to compromise on the quality of your arrangement.
While we do our best to deliver within your chosen window, delays can occasionally happen due to traffic, weather, or rider availability. If timing is essential, please let us know in advance and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
Substitutions & Variations
- To ensure your flowers enjoy a longer life, some blooms may be delivered in bud stage, ready to open in your care.
- In the event of supply difficulties, we may substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
- While we do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible, please note that screen displays vary, and natural variations in our flowers mean the colors and shapes you see online are intended only as a guide.
- We reserve the right to change any contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value, without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellations
- Orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
- Strictly no cancellations for fully paid orders. All sales are final.
On Our Photos & Content
Every photo, video, and bit of writing you see on our website and social pages is created with care by Chiquitita. We're always touched when our work resonates with you, and we'd love for it to be enjoyed and shared — within reason.

A Gentle Note on Business Use
Our photos, videos, and designs are not to be used by other businesses — whether to promote a flower shop, service, or any commercial venture — on social media, websites, marketplaces, printed materials, or elsewhere. Our content also may not be reposted or edited in a way that suggests it belongs to another business.
